CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Definitions

  • - "Booking" means a charter reservation confirmed upon receipt of deposit/payment.
  • - "Operator" means a DGCA-certified Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) holder providing aircraft services.
  • - "Positioning Flight" means any flight undertaken to position the aircraft prior to passenger boarding.
  • - "Force Majeure" includes weather, ATC restrictions, NOTAMs, DGCA directives, political unrest, airport closure, or events beyond reasonable control.

2. Cancellation by Client

Standard cancellation charges apply as follows:

72-48 Hours20% retained (80% refund)
48-24 Hours30% retained (70% refund)
Within 24 Hours70% retained (30% refund)
  • - After positioning commences: Positioning cost fully chargeable.
  • - No-Show: 100% chargeable except documented medical emergency.

3. Delays

  • - Client delay beyond 60 minutes may attract crew and FDTL costs.
  • - Operator delay: JetVerse to arrange alternate aircraft or full refund.
  • - Force Majeure: Only actual third-party costs chargeable.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days post reconciliation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the booking amount paid.

The JetVerse Flex Protection Model offers additional flexibility for your travel plans.

Flex Add-on Fee

5-8% of booking value.

Note: Positioning cost always remains chargeable even with Flex Protection.

COMPLIANCE & ARBITRATION

Arbitration Clause

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, India. The language shall be English. The award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
